Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

We sell exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. There is no online payment, no order basket, and no customer account.

• How It Works: You submit a simple order form with your name, address, and phone number. Our team then calls you to confirm your order before dispatch.
• Payment Method: You pay the courier in cash, in Euros (EUR), only when your order is delivered to your door.
• No Prepayment: No advance payment, deposit, or online transaction is ever requested.
• No Online Payments: We do not accept payment cards or any online payment service; payment is made only in cash on delivery.
• Currency: All prices and the amount due on delivery are in Euros (EUR).

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before shipment, simply by contacting us. Since payment is made in cash on delivery, you can also decline the parcel at the door at no cost. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:

• Inability to reach you to confirm the order by phone
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing or product information errors
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

European Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)

EU/EEA/UK customers have enhanced withdrawal rights under consumer protection law:

• Withdrawal Period: 14 days from delivery to cancel without reason
• No Justification Required: Cancel for any reason or no reason at all

• Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective

• Items without original packaging or accessories
